3 -Unidades de Hambúrguer de Pato Congelado de 200Gr cada
Alho Desidratado
Pimenta do Reino
Páprica
Chimichurri
Azeite
MODO DE PREPARO
Em uma frigideira ou caçarola adicione um pouco de azeite e alho desidratado, aquecendo em fogo mínimo. Em seguida, coloque os hambúrgueres sem tempero e já descongelados sobre esse azeite e salpique por cima pimenta do reino , sal, páprica picante e chimichurri. Regue com azeite e deixe assando na frigideira lentamente. Quando a parte debaixo estiver dourada vire cada hambúrguer e aguarde o ponto desejado, desvire novamente e acrescente o recheio de sua preferência.
Dicas do Chef:
Retire os Hambúrgueres do Freezer alguns instantes antes do preparo, deixando descongelar na geladeira ou em temperatura ambiente.
No preparo faça em fogo baixo, use o fogo mais alto caso deseje ele tostado e com a textura interna mais macia e
não tão ao ponto.
O Hambúrguer congelado pode ser substituído por carne de pato moída

Rodelas de tomate. (coloque sobre o tomate sal e orégano)
